As simple as things might seem having your account to ship things around this is a critical product - We ship UPS. We are allowed to get Almost immediate updates on packages and when it's lost, we can override to find a package or turn it around. - I have had 3 major instances in which customers have sent in computers and cannot get updates. They cannot see movement and we have no way to show or prove otherwise. We get numerous emails and phone calls since ultimately we are the ones who last handled the product. Frustrating situation for everyone and leaves us very helpless -
