TCI® strives to produce the best torque converters in the industry. Part of the process involves ensuring that each unit is built to spec. Regardless of what category or price level it may fall into, every TCI® torque converter is Triple Tested during assembly. Once all the prep work on the component parts has been completed, the impeller is welded to the front cover. Immediately following this process, a pair of dial indicators are employed on a rotating table to verify that the impeller body and pump drive hub remain true. Each unit is then pressurized and subjected to a leak test to confirm the integrity of all the weld seams. Note: The factory LS3 camshaft uses a single-bolt cam design, which means one bolt holds the upper timing sprocket on the camshaft. For LS3 vehicles, you can either go back in with a single-bolt camshaft or convert to the three-bolt camshaft design that the 1997-2006 LS-based vehicles use. The three-bolt conversion kit will supply the correct 4x upper timing gear to supply the correct camshaft position signal, as well as the ARP camshaft bolt kit that will supply the three required bolts. We also offer the conversion kit with a complete, upgraded timing set for those wanting to replace the entire set.

PAC Racing is a leader in valve spring technology, so it was only natural to team up with the best in the valve spring industry for our latest offering in a valve spring kit! We have developed a .660" dual spring kit with the help of PAC Racing that still offers excellent valvetrain control, even for the more aggressive hydraulic roller camshafts. These valve springs will offer excellent durability and stability and will work well with factory-style lifters. PAC polishes the valve springs, which helps to increase the overall life of the springs. This greatly reduces the chances of spring fatigue and failure. PAC's polishing process is completed without losing any pressure in the valve springs, so you maintain all of the capabilities of the non-polished version.

This system features all stainless steel tubing to provide our customers with the best possible products at pricing that cannot be beat! Why pay competitors $1,100 or more for a set of headers? The TSP long tube headers are fully mandrel-bent on CNC mandrel benders for the best possible flow and accuracy possible! Headers are available with off-road or catted Mid-Section.
