The 228/232 camshafts use lobes that are designed to be both beehive & double valve spring friendly.
The 228/232 camshaft is available in a wide variety of lobe separations. The most popular options customers select is either the 112 LSA or the wider 114 LSA. The 112 LSA helps to bring the camshafts powerband lower in the rpm band. The lower LSA also creates a slightly rougher idle.
The 228/232 camshaft is a very popular camshaft for customers wanting a very streetable camshaft that makes approximately 5-7 more horsepower than the 228R camshaft. Dyno testing has shown the 228/232 camshaft to make a solid 50-55 RWHP gains with all other supporting bolt-on modifications in place. The 228/232 camshaft is large enough that we recommend a minimum 2,800 RPM stall converter in automatic cars. Tuning will also be required in both automatic & manual applications.
TSP's all new line of LS3 camshafts are the result of our latest round of engine dyno camshaft development using our state-of-the-art Superflow 902 engine dyno. Using a brand new LS3 crate engine, we started from scratch to build the most powerful LS3 camshafts available in the country.
The stage 1 225/236 camshaft represents the smallest off the shelf camshafts currently available from TSP for the LS3-based engines. This camshaft is designed to make more power than the stock camshaft , even in the lower RPM band! This camshaft is a perfect option for customers wanting a very streetable setup that has a slight lope at idle. It is the largest cam we would recommend for anyone running the factory torque converter in auto-equipped vehicles, and it is also an excellent choice for manual-equipped cars wanting maximium streetability! We recommend this camshaft for LS3 or LS2 engines using L92/LS3 rectangle port cylinder heads!

**The factory LS3 camshaft uses a single-bolt cam design, which means one bolt holds the upper timing sprocket on the camshaft. For LS3 vehicles, you can either go back in with a single-bolt camshaft or convert to the three-bolt camshaft design that the 1997-2006 LS-based vehicles use. The three-bolt conversion kit will supply the correct 4x upper timing gear to supply the correct camshaft position signal, as well as the ARP camshaft bolt kit that will supply the three required bolts. We also offer the conversion kit with a complete, upgraded timing set for those wanting to replace the entire set.**
Purchase the LS3 naturally aspirated verison of the Bald Eagle camshaft made famous by Cleetus McFarland and "Leroy", his savage C5 Corvette! The naturally aspirated version of the Bald Eagle camshaft is a great choice for engines running LS3 rectangular port heads and not running a supercharger. It will have a little bit more chop at idle vs. the boosted version of the LS3 Bald Eagle cam. It comes with a large dose of 'murica and full of bald eagles! While we will not release the complete specs of the camshaft, we can tell you that the duration @ .050" is 229/242 for the intake and exhaust, respectively. It is an easy camshaft to tune and has a nice lope at idle. Automatic-equipped vehicles will require a minimum of a 2,800 RPM stall speed torque converter. This cam can easily be daily driven with zero issues once tuned properly. We recommend pairing the Bald Eagle cam with our TSP dual spring kit that includes PAC Racing polished dual valve springs, titanium retainers, spring seats, and valve seals.
*This cam will only come in a 3-bolt cam core. If your car came from the factory with a single-bolt core, we do offer the 3-bolt upper timing sprocket and ARP cam bolt kit that will allow you to install the 3-bolt camshaft into your engine. Cam also requires the removal of DOD/AFM and VVT, if installed from the factory.

Our new and improved LS7 Stage 3.2 camshaft has taken what was already a proven camshaft and made it even better! With our countless hours of testing on our SuperFlow 902 engine dyno, we were able to revise all of our LS7 camshafts for better power everywhere in the RPM band! All camshafts were designed using a factory GM 7.0L LS7 engine with no other internal changes.
This camshaft features custom-ground lobes specifically designed for the LS7! These lobes not only make excellent power throughout the entire RPM band, but they are also much more stable. So, this equates to a quieter and longer lasting valvetrain compared to most other comparable camshafts on the market. Like all TSP camshafts, they are 100% developed, ground, and polished in-house using our state-of-the-art Landis CNC camshaft grinders!
2800 - 6900 RPM Power Band; This is an excellent performance camshaft with an aggressive idle! Custom tuning will be required for this camshaft. It will have a lopey idle and will pull hard through the mid and upper RPM band.
Purchase the same camshaft that Cleetus McFarland is running in "Leroy", his savage 427 CID C5 Corvette! The Bald Eagle camshaft was custom-ground for Leroy and is a great choice for twin turbocharged applications with 400+ cubic inches. This cam comes with a large dose of 'murica and full of bald eagles! Do it for Dale! You can see the initial start-up video of Leroy with his 427 CID and hear this camshaft idle in the link below:
This camshaft has a nice lope at idle, and automatic-equipped vehicles will require a minimum of a 3200 RPM stall speed torque converter. This cam can easily be daily driven with zero issues once tuned properly. The twin turbo stroker Bald Eagle cam will require our TSP dual spring kit that includes PAC Racing polished dual valve springs, titanium retainers, spring seats, and valve seals.
