TSP 2001-2004 C5 & Z06 1-3/4" Long Tube Header & 3" Off-Road X-Pipe Package w/ O2 Extensions
Regular price $1,098.29 Save $-1,098.29Our Texas Speed & Performance long tube headers for 1997-04 C5 & Z06 Corvettes are built from high-quality 304 stainless steel. They feature 1-3/4" primary tubes with 3" collectors, and they are mandrel-bent on a CNC mandrel bender for 100% ensured accuracy. We offer a 3" x-pipe system for both off-road and catted setups! When combined with our TSP 3" off-road x-pipe, up to 20-25 rear-wheel horsepower gains can be seen! Our 3" off-road x-pipe is 304 stainless steel, and our 3" catted x-pipe is 409 stainless steel with 3" bullet-style catalytic converters for maximum flow and performance.
We will include a pair of GM MLS exhaust gaskets, as well as the necessary clamps, to complete the installation. A pair of plug-and-play O2 extensions are now included in this package for no additional charge! Tuning will also be required with any long tube header system to turn the rear O2 sensors off to avoid any "service engine soon" lights. We do offer mail-order tuning services for those that do not have a tuner local to them.
The headers are designed to be a slip-fit connection with both x-pipe systems and will bolt up to most axle-back exhaust systems on the market. The 1997-2000 vehicles will require a 2001-2004 oil dipstick, tube, and bolt, and this is what we include in the kit for the 1997-2000 vehicles. If you have a 2001-2004 car, you will not need these items because your car came from the factory with them. You can also complete your header and x-pipe installation with a set of Stage 8 locking header bolts!
